Every coffee has an origin. Not every coffee lets it speak. Single-origin coffee is about place: a specific farm, a specific region, a specific harvest. The soil, the altitude, the rainfall, the hands that picked it. All of it shows up in the cup if you start with the right beans and get out of the way. That's the discipline single origin demands.

It starts with sourcing. Finding farms that grow with intention, where altitude, shade cover, and harvest timing aren't afterthoughts but decisions made with the final cup in mind. Farms where the bean arriving at the roastery already has something worth saying.

From there, it's about restraint. Roasting to highlight what the origin brings, not to impose a flavor profile on top of it. The origin does the work. We just make sure nothing gets in the way.
