Every coffee in this collection is optimized for cold brew preparation. Medium to medium-dark roasts selected for natural sweetness and low acidity, with full-bodied profiles that hold up through a long steep without turning bitter or flat.
The brewing method is simple: coarse-ground coffee steeped in cold water for 12 to 24 hours. No heat, no pressure, no equipment beyond a pitcher and patience. The process extracts differently, pulling sweetness and depth while leaving behind the bitterness that heat can introduce.
What you get is a brew that's naturally smooth, lower in acidity, and richer in body than anything brewed hot.
