WONDER WAVES COFFEE SHIPPING POLICY

Quality guides how we ship everything we make, from coffee and tea to gifts and merchandise. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original payment method.

ORDER PROCESSING & PEAK FLAVOR DELIVERY

Coffee and tea orders are roasted, blended, or packed to order rather than pulled from shelf stock, and we time shipping so they arrive close to peak flavor. Gift and merchandise items are prepared and shipped separately from this process and are not subject to roast timing. We prioritize quality over speed, so expedited shipping is not available for coffee and tea items.

Processing and delivery timeframes below are estimates based on typical order volume, not guarantees. They can run longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

• Domestic orders generally take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location and the carrier's service.
• International orders vary widely by destination and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier tracking offers a reasonable estimate, but customs processing and local delivery networks are outside our control.

WEEKEND ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to balance serving our customers with our team's well-being. Orders placed over the weekend generally begin processing the following business day.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping pricing is meant to be simple and transparent, with no hidden surcharges. Shipping fees are as follows and are subject to change:

• Free Domestic Shipping: U.S. retail (non-wholesale) orders of $35 or more ship free to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
• Domestic Orders Under $35: A flat shipping rate of $3.99 applies per shipment. To ensure your coffee leaves the roastery as fresh as possible, merch and coffee ship separately from their dedicated hubs, so an order with both under $35 may see $3.99 charged per package. You'll get tracking for each package so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
• International Shipping: International shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and delivery distance. Rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments. Wonder Waves Coffee selects the carrier and method for each order at our discretion, based on factors including package contents, destination, cost, and reliability. As a general guide:

• Gift boxes and merchandise typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage
• Single 3-oz or 12-oz bags typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage
• Single 16-oz bags typically ship via FedEx 2Day
• Orders of 2 to 8 bags typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)
• Orders of 9 or more bags typically ship via UPS Ground

Most international orders ship via USPS First-Class International. Methods may vary based on order contents and shipping restrictions in your destination.

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside our direct control. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Form with photos of the item and packaging so we can look into it. For orders that appear lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
