All our coffee orders are freshly roasted to order to ensure the highest quality and are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original payment method.

ORDER PROCESSING & PEAK FLAVOR DELIVERY TIME

All coffee orders at Wonder Waves Coffee are shipped so that they arrive just as the coffee reaches peak flavor. We prioritize quality and freshness over speed, and while expedited shipping is not available (as it often sets unrealistic expectations), we find that our customers appreciate receiving the freshest coffee possible.

Our shipping process focuses first and foremost on reliability and is heavily centered on ensuring reliable shipping time. "Fast" shipping, as offered by other coffee merchants, unfortunately, means receiving coffee that has already been roasted and sitting on a shelf or in a warehouse. We only send you coffee that will hit peak flavor after it arrives. No coffee is roasted before the order is received!

Domestic Orders generally take 1-3 business days to process and roast before shipping. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times for International Orders vary widely from country to country and cannot be guaranteed. Nevertheless, order tracking, as provided by the designated shipping carrier provides a reasonable approximation of the estimated delivery date.

WEEKEND ORDER PROCESSING

At Wonder Waves Coffee, we cherish the balance between the utmost dedication to our customers and valuing the personal time of our team. We believe quality time spent with family and loved ones is essential for a happy, healthy workforce eager to serve you during the week.

Therefore, please note that any orders placed over the weekend will begin processing immediately during the next business day. Our team takes this time to rest and recharge, ensuring we can continue providing you with the highest quality service and products when we return.

This policy helps us ensure that every order is handled immediately upon our team's return with the attention and care it deserves. Our support and commitment to our team’s well-being and work-life balance, in turn, allow us to serve you better.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping pricing is intended to be simple and transparent. We NEVER hide surcharges or inflate shipping fees for our benefit. Our shipping fees are as follows:

- Free Domestic Shipping: U.S. retail (non-wholesale) orders ship free of cost to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
- International Shipping: International shipping rates are directly based on the weight of your order and the delivery distance to your location. International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and available for review before confirming your order.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments. The method chosen depends on the best rate and speed for the delivery location. Each order is unique, and the shipping package and method are based on what is best for the shipping process. In general:

- Orders containing a single 12oz package ship via USPS First Class
- Orders containing 2 to 8 packages ship via USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)
- Orders containing 9 or more packages ship via UPS ground

Most international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.
