WONDER WAVES COFFEE RETURN POLICY

At Wonder Waves Coffee, we aim to provide you with fantastic service, inspirationally fun merchandise, and extraordinary coffee.

COFFEE & PERISHABLE ITEMS
Because coffee is a food product and because our coffee is roasted to order especially for YOU, we can't accept returns (unless we've specifically requested a return in writing).
However, if your order was incorrect or damaged in transit, you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to brew it, or have general concerns about its quality, our crew is standing by to help.
Please contact us at splash@wonderwavescoffee.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we'll do everything we can to make it right!
MERCHANDISE & NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS
For merchandise, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@wonderwavescoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Sending an item back to us without first requesting a return does not guarantee it will be automatically accepted!
Please note that shipping your goods may take longer than expected if your country of residence is not the United States.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift card returns. Nonetheless, rest assured with the fact that our gift cards NEVER expire.
DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and the credit hasn't yet hit your bank or credit card account, please get in touch with us at returns@wonderwavescoffee.com.
