I love the hazelnut flavor. Not only because I generally enjoy trying different coffee flavors and this one is excellent, but because it reminds me of my favorite snack - Nutella. This is amazing coffee and makes me smile every time!!

Rwanda was the first Captain’s Compass I tried once they opened it up for non subscribers. It was well-balanced and with enough flavor to make each sip interesting. The bag showed up fresh and the smell alone tells you it was roasted to order. Feels like a treat compared to my usual store bought coffee 😅
I love this light roast. It conjures memories of surfing in Tamarindo - minus my copious wipeouts, of course. The coarse grind through a French press has been a game-changer, bringing out a sweet, bright acidity. If you love lighter roasts, you simply have to try it.
Full disclosure: Earl Grey is my favorite type of tea - standards (and snobbery) were high. Wonder Waves rose to the occasion.
Whether by itself or mixed, the flavor is incredibly smooth; the hints of citrus give it such a nice splash. Also, you're going to fall in love with the bergamot scent. I honestly cannot recommend it enough!
Usually skeptical about decaf since so many fall flat but this one totally surprised me. I like that it’s made with a chemical-free process, so it stays super clean with no weird aftertaste and all the delicious flavor is still there.

I went to a coffee plantation when in Costa Rica 6 years ago and had a light roast coffee while there. It was the best coffee I've ever had. I brought back 10 pounds, ran out, and was looking for something that matched the flavor. I finally found this one that matches. I use it in my espresso machine or my coffee machine ... and a cold brew for the first time this week. It's great in all forms. The cold brew is literally perfect for a summer iced coffee. If you let the espresso shot come off its hot level just a bit, the flavor is off-the-charts tasty.
