About M•O•R•A•E•S
MORAES is a Miami-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to inspire future marine and environmental scientists in South Florida by offering a path to get involved in the local marine science community. We tackle local environmental issues with innovative research and conservation techniques. Through grant funding, donations, and the kindness of supporters, we have been able to offer internships, scholarships, and research opportunities to assist with habitat restorations, beach cleanups, sea turtle monitoring, cetacean research, and more!
