Tip #3: Mind Its Storage ☀️
Store your tea leaves in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. This preserves their freshness and flavor longer! Avoid storing tea in the fridge or freezer as it can introduce moisture and odors. A cool, dark pantry is ideal.
Tip #4: Use Good Water 💧
The quality of water used has a SIGNIFICANT impact on your tea's taste. After all, it represents 99% of the liquid in your cup! Use fresh, cold water that is filtered or free of impurities. Avoid distilled or softened water to maintain the tea's complete flavor profile.
Tip #5: Steep At The Right Temperature: 🌡️
Different teas require different water temperatures for optimal steeping. Using the correct temperature helps prevent bitterness and brings out the tea's best flavors. Follow these general guidelines:
Black Tea: 195–212°F (91–100°C)
Green Tea: 140–185°F (60–85°C)
White Tea: 160–185°F (71–85°C)
Oolong Tea: 185–205°F (85–96°C)
Rooibos Tea: 205–212°F (96–100°C)

Tip #6: Steep For The Right Time:
Steeping time is critical for a perfect cup of tea. Oversteeping can result in bitterness, while understeeping may lead to a weak flavor. Follow these general guidelines:
Black Tea: 3–5 minutes
Green Tea: 2–3 minutes
White Tea: 4–5 minutes
Oolong Tea: 4–7 minutes
Rooibos Tea: 5–7 minutes
Herbal Tea: 5–7 minutes
Tip #7: Serve In A Pre-Warmed Cup Or Mug/Pre-Chilled Cup: ♨️❄️

Cold Brew or Iced Tea: Pre-chill your glass before pouring iced tea into it, especially in a warm environment. To pre-chill a glass, place it in the freezer for 15 minutes or fill it with ice before covering it with water!

What do you mean when you say your tea is "blended to order?"
"Blended to order" means we don't blend and package your tea until you place an order with us. You heard that right—your tea is made ready JUST for you!
You will NEVER (and we mean never) receive tea from us that is pre-scooped and has been sitting on a shelf or in a warehouse.
When can I expect my tea order to arrive?
All our tea is shipped to arrive fresh and with maximum flavor.
Domestic orders generally take 1-3 business days to process and prepare before shipping out. Once shipped, delivery takes about 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
This means you should expect to receive your fresh tea in approximately a week, if not sooner!
Does your business model affect freshness or shipping times?
Only in the best way! Our tea is hand-blended in small batches after you order, which means it's never sitting on a shelf. We ship directly from our blending studio to you—fresh and efficiently. The result? Maximum flavor and a seamless experience without added middlemen or delays.

What are your shipping methods?
Each of our orders is unique, and the shipping package and method are based on what's best for the shipping process. In general:
Orders containing a single 3-oz or 12-oz bag ship via USPS First Class
Orders containing a single 16-oz bag ship via FedEx 2Day
Orders containing 2 to 8 packages ship via USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)
Orders containing 9 or more packages ship via UPS ground
Do you fulfill or ship orders on weekends?
While we're always working to get your tea to you as quickly as possible, we don’t process or ship orders over the weekend. We believe in supporting a healthy work-life balance for our team, which means weekends are time for rest and family. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing first thing Monday!

What is your tea's return policy?
Because tea is a food product and because our tea is blended to order especially for YOU, we can't accept returns (unless we've specifically requested a return in writing). Plus, that would be a bit gross and bad for the environment, wouldn’t it?
However, if your order was incorrect or damaged in transit, you were dissatisfied with your tea, have questions about how to brew it, or have general concerns about its quality, our Brew Crew is standing by to help!
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

I ordered the wrong tea, what should I do?!
If you just placed your order and/or your tea has NOT shipped (i.e., you haven't received a shipping notification email yet), please contact us immediately and we should be able to fish out and cancel your order in time so that you may place a new one.
If your tea has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you aren't happy with the tea, please contact us so we can make it right!
However, since tea is a perishable product, we CANNOT accept any tea returns.
Can I exchange my tea order?
Tea is a food product, so we can't accept any tea returns or swap outs (unless we've specifically requested a return in writing). Plus, that would be a bit gross and bad for the environment, wouldn’t it?
